Koh Tao, Koh Phangan, Krabi, Railay Beach

We saw lots of these over there.

Koh Phangan. Interesting gloomy days..

High tides can do some pretty spectacular damage.

To get to Railay beach, you've got to hire one of these "longtail" boats.

The beaches in Thailand were definitely the most beautiful we've ever seen. Fine white sand, clear turquoise water and imposing cliffs jutting out of the sand.

Lots of monkeys around!

Pranang Cave Beach.

The cliffs create some cool caves and places to swim.

These cliffs are also a top destination for rock climbers from around the world.

Pranang beach. Gerald proposed during this sunset.

A different species, these ones had funny eyes.

Riding the longtail.

We took a longtail boat cruise and had dinner on this desert island (which had disappeared under the high tide by the time we left).

Another day, we took a boat cruise/snorkeling trip around Koh Phi Phi. On the trip, we stopped by Maya Bay, which was the setting for the film "The Beach" starring Leonardo DiCaprio.

Fire dancers.

This chameleon was chilling on a stick, changing colors at his whim.

Many beautiful sunsets.
